Who we are
Ziko Dev is operated by Zain Al-Abdeen Alhassani in Baghdad, Iraq. This policy covers zikodev.com, Jarvice (jarvice.digital), Jarvice ERP (erp.jarvice.digital) and the Client Portal (portal.zikodev.com).
Google sign-in on Jarvice ERP
If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to sign you in and to match you to your Jarvice ERP account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data. New Google sign-ins stay inactive until an administrator approves them.
Other data we hold
Account details you give us (username, email, phone), the business data you enter into the products, and support tickets you submit in the Client Portal. Servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, request time) for security and troubleshooting.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only with infrastructure and AI providers needed to run the service you use, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to disconnect Google sign-in, at any time by emailing us.
